Simmons Sagging

I'm replacing my Simmons Beautyrest mattress that is less than three years old because it is sagging. I'm looking at organic memory foam companies and now believe that heavy metal coils don't work for me. I weigh about 118 pounds and am experiencing back pain from the lack of support. I tend to get cold at night. I read statistics that some memory foam customers complain about getting hot, I don't think that will be my issue.

I have read statistics that twenty five percent of Simmons Beautyrest owners report premature sagging. My mattress has lost all support and when the bed is made up it visually shows the dip in the middle. This is not normal wear.

When I bought this at Sleepy's I was told it should last eight years.  I'm shopping other companies Sleep EZ, Innomax, Foam Sweet Foam, Eco Sleep, Nurest, Englander,  Dream foam, Ergo.... and more.
If you have suggestions please advise
